Prayer Groups

We are a praying church that counts on God to answer our prayers and to move in our lives.

Bible Study

Bible study is available for all ages during Sunday School 9:15 to 10:15 every Sunday.  Contact the church for details about current offerings.  Nursery is also available during this time.  Bible study is also a part of the prayer ministries and home groups.  All members of the church are encouraged to read and study the Bible as the inspired word of God.

Prayers for Healing

On the third Sunday of each month, our 8am and 10:30am services include prayers for healing, anointing and laying on of hands.  We believe God heals by answering our prayers and by giving us gifts for healing.  We also visit the sick at home and in the hospital for healing prayers. If you would like prayers for healing for you or a loved one, call the church office 252-337-7177.

Food Ministry

Our Church family cares for each other by preparing meals during times of need and by serving one another at various church events. All of our meals are expressions of God's love and gifts.

Youth Ministry

Our Young Anglicans are alive with the Spirit of the Lord and continually involved in fun, fellowship, prayer, Bible Study and mission.

See Youth Ministry Page

Home Groups

We are intentional about growing closer to each other as we grow closer to the Lord. Several home groups are available to you to attend for friendship, Bible study, prayer and food.

Military Care Packages

Every month, Church of the Redeemer sends several care packages with cookies, food and other items to our military overseas. Join this ministry by baking food or donating helpful items. Our soldiers let us know again and again how much the care packages mean to them.
